The following year, Benjamin Sorel joins the company as shareholder and president of the division. Thanks to his know-how and many years of experience as a roofer, he has contributed to the company’s growth and strengthened its already well-established reputation in the industry.
Under his leadership, we also acquired highly qualified personnel, enabling us to expand our expertise in commercial roofing, particularly in the installation of TPO and elastomer flat roofs. Today, our dedicated team is able to offer you high-quality professional services, always with the well-being and satisfaction of our customers as our top priority.

Our president always knew he wanted to be an entrepreneur. A hard worker, he began his career as a roofer in 2015 and has never counted the hours to achieve his goals. In 2018, his ambition led him to become a shareholder and president of Actiplus Roofing.
Today, he passionately leads a team of over 25 professionals, while remaining at the forefront of the latest technologies to guarantee state-of-the-art service for every project. Thanks to its commitment and vision, Actiplus Roofing stands out for the quality and expertise that make all the difference.
Marc André Gaumond, Senior Estimator
With over 15 years’ experience in the roofing industry, Marc André embodies dedication and expertise.
His passion for roofing began at the age of 12, working alongside his father, himself a project manager at Garland. Since then, he has forged his own path, starting out as a roofer in 2007 and perfecting his skills by obtaining his DEP in roofing in 2010.
In 2018, a serious accident turned his life and career upside down, leaving him in remission for 19 months. This time has prompted him to deepen his technical knowledge by studying specifications and data sheets. With unshakeable determination, he turned this difficult period into an opportunity for expertise.
Returning to his profession with redoubled determination, he joined Actiplus to bring his know-how and vision to our team.
Tristan, Team Coordinator
Arriving at Actiplus in 2017, our team coordinator started out with limited construction experience. Thanks to his determination and desire to learn, he quickly climbed the ladder, earning his apprentice cards and, after four years, becoming a qualified journeyman.
Since 2024, he has held the role of team coordinator, where he ensures the fluidity and efficiency of our projects. His career path, from novice to leader, is a testament to his commitment to excellence and his passion for the profession.
